Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Holistic Livity Experiences, the business offering wellness-based experiences and services.
  • You (also referred to as the Customer) refer to the individual booking or participating in the experience.
  • Services (also referred to as the Experience) refers to any scheduled activity or offers provided by Holistic Livity Experiences.
  • Website https://holisticlivityexperiences.maverickiam.com refers to the official platform where bookings and service information are available.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-show Policy

At Holistic Livity Experiences, We understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth Experience for all Our guests, please review our cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policy below:

  • Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the Experience start time to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the Experience start time will be eligible for a partial refund  (50% of the Experience cost) only.
  • No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the Experience start time, subject to availability.
